    Isn't there some sort of local council law coming in soon where you cant concrete front gardens due to flooding i do remember hearing about something they said gravel was fine but were thinking of not allowing impermeable things . i know they have developed block paving now which is allowing for run off. I know it's their back garden but tell em if they get flooded their house insurance is not valid as they caused the problem lol.

                Did you see that absolutely amazing stuff on TV recently? Looked like an ordinary driveway, but they poured a dumper-truck of water into the finished drive to test it and it just disappeared into the ground. Wow!
