I think we are all hanging up to dry on this one. I think it has been a month since any news from marathon.

Please please need some help Sorry hadn't realised there were new posts.
Well he has finally made contact. He has gone made at the council and us that he is locked out.
I now have a name and address, althouth when he he has said his name is X and then when he's phone again he's said another, when questioned he says it's really the first????
Anyway has anyone got an example of a letter that ius sent to someone when evicting them from their plot. I've only got two hours to come up with something. He's broken four of our listed rules plus been abusive to neighbours, disturbed the houses nearby, failed to cultivate his plot since the spring and left none plot holders on site.
He's says he's taken legal advice. He never signed a contract nor paid for the plot.
Any advice on what to put in will be truley welcomed.
Oh and no hoax - with the way things are going he'll be going to the papers next so keep an eye out.
Edited - the council have given me a copy of the letters that they send out so I should be ok. Will be given to him in person so it should all be over this weekend.Last edited by marathon; 28-08-2009, 12:04 PM.

And there will be witnesses to whatever happens. Good luck.

letters done, I'm amazed how good it is.It's very formal. It's had the seal of approval from the association and the council.
I've done three copies one to each person he has claimed to be.
I'm frustrated as it's my son's last cricket match for the season so I really need to watch him so I might miss what happens, but maybe's that best.
I really hope I never have to write another letter like I've done today.
