Start them all off in pots, put the sweetcorn in the ground first once all risk of frost has passed. When they get to about 12-18" tall, stick the beans in the ground next to them. Meanwhile, plant out the squash around the edge of the block once they've got two or three true leaves. Hoe like crazy until the squash have covered the bare ground between the corn plants.
Make sure you water well though to begin with, as beans and corn are both thirsty, but once the squash is well established, it tends to conserve the moisture really well. The squash will probably be the only things that need watering during the growing season, but obviously keep an eye on the leaves of the beans - at the first sign of drooping, drench them.
