buying seeds etc in bulk for allotment site

Where do allotment groups by seeds,potatoes,onions from?

Can anyone suggest some companies I could look at.

I'm hoping that we can add a few pence on so that the monies go towards keeping our rents down.

Most major seed companies will offer this service.....I can recommend Kings Seeds & Edwin Tucker as two for you to look at to get you started.

Most seed catalogues that I've seen offer a reduced price for larger quantities to allotment societies, clubs and so on. Even if they don't mention it, I've sure most seed suppliers would be willing to quote you for a large shopping list

You could also ask local garden centres and DIY stores to see if they would accept a below market offer for this years seeds, which must be approaching their sell - by date by now

I order end of November and seeds arrive before Christmas....jacob
