Could anyone tell me what i should be doing with my veg beds now?

Also what should i be sowing now?

What do you mean doing with your beds now? Depends on what they need.....hoeing if weedy, digging if solid, mulching if not.....

Onions (if you're growing them from seed). Sow them in a seed tray indoors and put them by the windowsill.

This time next year, you'll be picking leeks, parsnips, kale, cabbage, mooli, chinese greens, radish etc.
Perhaps the spare beds will have a green manure on them (I can;t remember the name of this one, I'm having a senior moment)... planning, planning
