Embarrassing Question

OK this might be a weird question but I am going to ask anyway

For those of you who don't have toilets on your allotments, how/where do you wee? I'm esp looking at the ladies here!

I have a chance of a lotty but there are no facilities there I'm on a waiting list for some other allotments that have a nicer community feel (though I may be selling the site I've got space on short here) but this one came up first

so any advice gratefully received

Are you allowed a shed? If so I would go for a bucket!

my lottie hasn't got toilet facilities but there is a garage and Macedee just round the corner.

As Fi says, shed and bucket would be my choice if I didn't have another option

We don't have facilities either marmalade, and we're not allowed sheds. Thankfully our lottie is only a 3 or 4 minute walk from our house, otherwise it could prove tricky. Sorry, that's not really any help is it

I have a bucket for that very purpose in the shed. Simply wee in the bucket and swill it out on the compost heap with a bit of water butt water. Simples.

It's ok, when I first saw it I thought it said Shewee as in Shewee McPhee.......

Never heard of Shewee McPhee but have used a Shepee at Glastonbury. They worked OK but I'll stick to my lottie bucket (cheaper to buy as well...............)

Everyone has to wee and so you don't show your bum all you need is something to hide behind. We use a toilet tent when camping and all the site knows why you've gone inside, all you want is a bit of a screen/windbreak made of wattle or something then use your bucket inside that.

I have no loo at my plot either... s'ok for my ds's as they can nip behind the wall and are out of sight but I tend to time my visits with nipping to the loo before I go and then hang on till I have finished what I need to do...

shewee sound ok in theory... but I always wear trousers and I can't get my head around it all... perhaps it is time to swop to skirts?!
