Hazel, The beans were Fagiolo Bobis nano from the Italian Seed company. It said on the pack Feb outside so thats what I did (although I do realise this isn't italy). Used 10 seeds so no hardship if nothing happens as there are loads in a pack.

Hi two sheds,
I think they were Autumn King, didn't realise you can get different coloured carrots :O maybe they snuck in the seed pack? Any thoughts about the ones which are very pale at the bottom and the ones that split after I've pulled them up, is there some deficiency in my soil? Thanks for any advice
