( I think some of your neighbours will have been peering over your fence tinged with slight embarrassment!!!)

Thanks all for your lovely comments- I love the orderliness too, being a bit of a neat freak - but trouble is as soon as you bring order to it, it looks huge, and now I'm having panic attacks frantically sowing enough seed to fill it - too much la'arnd, too few veg varieties - there's always spuds though!

I am a "neat" fan too. Love straight lines though rarely achieve them. Well done you on all your hard work.

You must be so proud. when you do start planting it up you'll soon realize you don't have nearly enough space for all that you want to grow.
Good luck with it all and don't forget to keep us up-dated.

Looks great, definately what I'd like to achieve when I can get hold of an allotment!

Were the chippings expensive to line the paths with?

£17 for a ton/tonne (not sure but basically a builder's bag a metre by metre wide and high) Two bags covered all the paths over weed suppressant
