Yes, not too sore at all considering. I do have strong painkillers, and we both had very hot baths every night

              We did it again

Just a small front garden this time.
We took out 4 large sacks of weeds, and put in various plants culled from our own gardens (marigolds, sunflowers, osteospermum, rose, sweet peas, chives, pinks, a sedge and a geranium)
My tools & plants were carried 8 miles on my totally brilliant workhorse of a bike.
Then I biked 8 miles home again for a large one.

We do tend to do as much as possible in a couple of days. Sort of hit and run (or hit the weeds and then plant). Another one we did was my middle daughter's garden when she moved in late last year - unfortunately no pictures, but the back garden was transformed from 3 feet high grass, weeds and brambles into a lawn in two days and the front had the grass cut back from around 2 feet high and borders created in the same time. We do suffer afterwards though for a couple of days.
