Bindweed war!!

In the current issue of Gardeners World they list bindweed as their readers biggest problem weed with 20.6% of the vote.

The rest are:

Ground Elder - 8.6
Hairy Bittercress - 7.2
Chickweed - 5.7
Couch grass - 5.5
Moss (?) - 4.8
Horsetail - 4.6
Docks - 4.2
Nettles - 3.6
Brambles - 3.4
Creeping buttercup - 2.5
Rosebay Willowherb - 1.9
Oxalis - 1.7
Other 12.8

Personally, I've no idea what half of them are, but I think bindweed comes top of my list too!

spray the bindweed in the compost cage with glyphosphate, its the only answer.

Only managed to get to the plot on Friday for a couple of hours. Plus point: Loads of strawberries are fruiting. Minus point: There is an abudance of bindweed in amongst the strawberries.
