No idea how many rods/yards/feet/metres/hectares/paces mine is, it was £10 a year when I first took it on (4 years ago ish) and then a couple of years ago it upped to a whole £11. Just received a letter telling me it will be £17 next year.

      How will I cope?

I sold a rotvator the other week and delivered to a site in Coventry very nice plots about 30 yards by 10 yards and when asking the price £7 a year very tasty.
My own plots £24 per annum with 50% discount for senior citizen £12 each..jacob
