  • Saving my seeds

Looking for advice about the most effective way to collect/dry out and store my own seeds for next year... I've heard that too much heat can damage them, but it's best to dry them quickly. Don't want to risk poor germination because I cooked my seeds! Any top tips greatly appreciated...

What sort of things are you saving? I tend to let things dry on newspaper on a sunny windowsill.

At the moment, Beans, peas, garlic, leek... just seemed to have a lot of things going to seed or had too much of it and it's been left on the plants too long so trying to make sure it's not wasted. Most of them are on a window ledge in the shed- worried it'll be too hot for them...
