  • Planting out/hardening off?

I've got several seed trays etc in my spare bedroom, as it is nice and warm and light (tomatoes, peppers, rosemary, peas, leeks)

I'd like to move them to my (unheated) greenhouse as soon as I can (currently at between 10-15 degrees, even at night). I've been covering my other seedlings with fleece at night, just in case it gets cold.

How do I know when to move the seedlings out of the house and into the greenhouse?

I don't want them to die with cold, but don't want them to get used to the heat of the house.

Should I gradually move them to a cooler part of the house (e.g. the kitchen) before putting them in the greenhouse?

    Thanks

    Hi OWG,

Move them out during the day and then put them into the kitchen at night then after a few weeks they should be hardened off enough to move outthere permanently
