New Welsh allotments?

Have heard through the grapevine (not this one) that the old Swansea football ground is going to be turned over to allotments. To far away for me but still a good move.

Caerphilly council are opening new ones up in Llanbradac (or some where like that) - there's loads of land near where I live that's not used, I thought that might be their next move
