  • Building wooden raised beds-Help

Hi I am about to build some raised beds and out of wood so i can paint them, I have 8 marked out and all are 3.3ft x 8.3ft or 100cm x 250cm, any tips on how to build them, depth of wood etc, currently they are surrounded by grass but one day would like to create paths aroud so may dig the grass up. Also good sources of reasonably priced wood. I have some very long large thick wood but probably too thick for this use.
    Thanks

Hi i have built some raised beds . 6x4 x12 . The key was cutting the gravel boards at home. Have a look at the pics hope they help . We screwed the steaks to
the four foot boards first made it a lot easier.

    Good luck.
