We've got a lotty

We were offered a lotty about 4 or 5 weeks ago and have said YES of course so it was ours as soon as we got the paperwork done.



Ours is the one centre plot, that has already been nicknamed "The Thimble"

It was only given up about 2 or 3 month ago as the previous owner has been given another plot at the side of the one he already has.

Spoke to him the other weekend and he tells us that it has been well manured, so we don't have a vast amount to do before we can start planting.

We is well chuffed.

Not sure how old the photo is - multi map

I don't have my own helicopter

But the plot has been well kept and fertilised, there are a few weeds (but only a few). We cleared a large area last weekend and will be planting the Earlies tomorrow, if the weather holds.

Lots to do, but we know it's a long haul and we need to just plod along at a steady pace.
