Seem to be sorted on the legume side of things and pretty much with the roots...but......cabbages only seem to come in green or red . Any ideas for unusual on the cabbage front?

        Cabbages by definition ARE green!

If you wanted to add a spash of colour to your veg patch, you could in theory use the frilly pinks and whites of kale and cabbage associated with floral displays. Not edible.......but colourful!
Other interesting brassicas are Nine Star Perennial cauli/broccoli, Walking Stick Kale,Collards and of course red cabbage in round and pointy versions.

I like the Redbor curly kale and Red Russian kale, as much for there architectural qualities as there colouration.

What about globe artichokes Binley? You could let them flower.
