                  Yes first time growing it and after speaking to old timer at the allotments he said to try pipes he had lying around. The reason I used it was because I had forgot to dig trench before planting, I think it should work ok as it is doing the same job as earthing up. My only concern is it may get sweaty inside and cause diseease but hey ho nothing ventured nothing gained. Thank you everyone for your lovely comments

                      Still buffering, how very frustrating. I've emailed BT about this problem before, and guess what ... they don't reply. If I phone them, I get some poor Indian guy who doesn't understand my Norfolk accent
