  • A year on...

    Hi Peeps.

I know I have not been here much lately but time just seems to run away with me these days.

    I hope everyone is well.

I wanted to share with you our achievments. We have had out lottie for a year now. I know...... only seems like yesterday I was screaming " I got the call"" lol.

Anyways. here is a couple of piccies, before and after shots. We have created a compost area. We have also made a seating area in our fruit section! the rest of the plot is now, finaly and for the first time, weed free and completely turned over....

Last year we managed to get most of the plot and a half that we have cleared and managed to grow about £360 worth of produce

But, yes I cannot wait this year.... we have had time this year to make it a "nice" place to be rather that just "productive"!

To be honest I cannot wait to get the blimin chitting potatoes out of my bedroom! lol

Yeah, I hate it when things are chitting in your bedroom.

I've just been in our understair pigsty and found some chitted Red Roosters, so I might shove them in a spud barrel.

many new plotters give up and it's refreshing to see what a success you have made. It takes hard work, guts and determination and we all know you have that in buckets. well done missus

Excellent progress Mulch! It looks fantastic
I am hoping to get the rest of my plot under control this year, but I have to admit, I can see why new plotters give up, especially if they take a full plot on, on their own. I'm determined to turn it around, literally
