we manured 3 of our beds with well rotted manure about 5 months ago ,,,what can i plant in it ,,we have decided to plant pototoes in bags so dont want to use the beds for those ,,and dont want to use the beds for pumpkins we have a patch for those ,,so what can i plant in them

The main things to avoid would be carrots and parsnips.
Beans, brassicas, squash, tomatoes, peas?
Shame about the potatoes, they'd have loved it and your carrots could have gone in the pots.the fates lead him who will;him who won't they drag.

It's fresh manure apparently that forks them, and excess nitrogen that makes the carrot grow all hairy on the root
