I have a recycled petrol mower I got out of a skip last year to replace the 1942 suffolk super colt that I was using previously.I now cut alll the paths or lend the mower to anybody looking smug with their plot and consequently unbusy.I am also willing to lend out my rotavator to anybody who wants to put petrol in it and is willing to start it.the only thing our council cuts now is funding

This year the council made the committee buy a new mower because their elf and safety rules state that a power mower could not be more that 3 years old!! The 3 year old mower had been cared for by the site manager and was in perfect working order.....the committee were not allowed to keep it, sell it or give it away so had to throw it away!

Ahhh, so that would be the Invisible Mower would it? I have a lot of Invisible Things. It's a product of idiotic rules that have very little common sense attached to them.

When we rented we used to have an Invisible Cat. What cat? That one? What cat, I can't see one? or the We're just miinding it cat.

Could the person who has a site manager who likes to keep motorised things running well - could I borrow him for a bit? The summer perhaps?
