I have a recycled petrol mower I got out of a skip last year to replace the 1942 suffolk super colt that I was using previously.I now cut alll the paths or lend the mower to anybody looking smug with their plot and consequently unbusy.I am also willing to lend out my rotavator to anybody who wants to put petrol in it and is willing to start it.the only thing our council cuts now is funding
