Green manure phacelia

Hello, I have finished digging over my new plot and have sown 2 tyoes of green manure - a bean and phacelia. The beans are growing well! but the phacelia is showning no signs yet. I am new to this and wondered if anyone knows how long it takes to germinate or if I have got the time for sowing wrong?

It never seems to take that long, maybe a couple of weeks(?). You can certainly sow it now, it might not last the winter though as it's not fully hardy. I sow it spring/summer for the flowers.
