I would chuck as much of the fresh stuff as you can in those, along with any weeds and other unwanted stuff you pull up from the new plot, + kitchen waste etc. I had a couple of these on my plot. Once they were full i got some black plastic and stapled it all round to block out the light and stop any weeds growing out the gaps in the palletes. I'm goign to open them up after the summer and see what i've got. As for the manure, i would dig down through the fresh stuff and get to the good black stuff and get that in your soil first...

If you chuck about 4 inches of soil off the plot on top of the fresh manure, you have a hot bed, great for planting early crops of salads and radishes, and for planting hungrier plants like pumpkins once the salads are picked. Seems a waste not to benefit from the heat the fresh manure will create.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

We are very fortunate on my site to have it delivered so we can just go and help ourselves. What does your sister do with it at the moment? Might be worth seeing if an arrangement could be made for your site to take it in bulk.
