  • Planting out overspill...

    You know you've grown too much when you 're struggling to find homes for everything. 48 excess toms later they have 1. a bed to themselves, 2. interplanted with broadies and 3, down the middle of the asparagus bed. Now too find room for the excess peppers ...ideas please

    I had the same - 50 odd extra frenchies. I now have a wigwam (was short of canes) that has 10 odd beans per cane :/

    I dug in an enormous amount of muck too, so hoping it'll be enough! (I'd had enough last night, and just thought begger it).

    Edit: How about putting a few peppers outside, inbetween your salad crops - they'll shade the lettuce somewhat. I'd have a few pots of them at home too!

      Salad !!!!!!!!!! oh sh!te........lettuces are still in their trays, radishes are sown inbetween peas , spring onions ,I've given up on .......
