Have some alpine strawberries in pots, first year, they seem to have a lot of leaf, and not many flowers? Should I be doing something, have given them 1 lot of 'feed' so far.

they should be fine,mine are flowering too,everything is late this year,I give mine tomato fertillizer when the fruits are forming,plus it's only their first yeardon't be afraid to innovate and try new things

We had one plant at school last year, no fruits. I didn't plant it, it seems to be truly wild.
This year we have half a dozen plants (no human intervention), and picked 4 fruits this week
