Using a sunflower oil plastic bottles

I have got load's of theses bottles but I can't get rid of the smell of the oill! Would they be ok still to use?? I've washed them out.

Have you tried rinsing with vinegar or lemon juice?

Yeah the use of it might help lol!! Watering well cut in half and put into the ground!! I have loads of theses as my horse is on sunflower oill. If anyone in MK needs bottles give me a shout I will save them. It's the 5lt ones

If you just want to use them as a water sink, then you don't need to worry about the smell.

Stuff them full of nettles and make nettle tea. That'll get rid of the smell
