    I doubt very much that the previous tenant will bother to dismantle and move a dilapidated shed. But, if they insist on taking it, I would undo all the work you did.

      Hi All,

      Thank you for your comments! - so the council have come back to me advising the shed is mine to keep as it was originally offered to me (I presume they or the tenant didn't like the prospect of receiving an itemised bill!) - I have agreed to give the tools back (I didn't want them anyway!)

      Just shows how much people try it on though!
