      There's an additional factor here that's not been taken into account....


      The popularity of gyo has created a higher demand too
      Never test the depth of the water with both feet

      The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory....

        Some compost suppliers get their bulk material from Councils' recycling. But it's impossible to control what goes into household green recycling bins and there's little doubt that rubbish gets into Council-made compost. I've read that the authorities are trying hard to remedy the situation, but it will probably take time. All you can do is shop around to find something you're happy with - and price seems to be no indication of quality.

          I have noticed that commercial compost has deteriorated. I cant quite see how the councils waste could make much difference though, its still compostable waste. What does worry me is that our council tell you to put food waste like meat and cooked left overs in the compost recycling bin. The thought of having bits of gristle someone has chewed and spat out in my compost is none too nice.
          Anyway I try to make all my own compost nowadays.
