    Welcome to the Vine. Looks like a fairly tidy plot if not a little overgrown but if you follow the advice given already come spring you will be ready to go. If the horse poo is well rotted then get it in the ground or use it as a mulch and let the worms do the work.

      welcome you appear to have a tap which is a bonus. My advice is the same as everyone else, but take things slowly and use the winter months ro read and plan
