I've been putting roots and seeds of the weeds (mostly bindweed and buttercup with dock, dandelion and nettles in good measure as well) into a wheelie bin used as a giant bokashi bin. After stewing in lactic acid for a month or two without light or oxygen they're pretty dead and compost down well

At first I bought it but then I made it. I still use the bought stuff in the household bokashi but the volume needed to fill a wheelie bin is expensive. I skip the leaving the sawdust to dry bit a it goes straight into the bin with all the freshly harvested weeds.
