what is the size of people plots trying to find out what is the norm.

I have 2 one is 3.75 and the other 4.25 in the future there is unlikely to be any other bigger than 3.75 to 4 because of the very high waiting list, plots that come up will be split. Also how many woman are there on different sites there is about 45 on ours of a site of approx 100 with a waiting list of about 30 with about 20 of them being women.

A rod is supposed to be 5.5 yards and the typical alloment is 10 rods long by 1 rod wide. However mine is a bit smaller at only 30m long (6 rods) and wedge shaped because its in a corner. Its 10m (2 rods) at the back and only 3m (half a rod) at the front. All in its 200m2 which is a 4/5 of the normal size.Comment

However as a site agent I divide full plots into 1/2, 1/4 & 1/3 size plots.Always thank people who have helped you immediately, as they may not be around to thank later.

1 is about 162ft x 16ft & the other is 192ft x 15ft ( I don't do metric either)

we now have 20 on the list and are brining back in to use another field but we are only letting it as 5 Rod plots. As we have a load of "Professional" types on the list and feel that they won't have the time for a full plot. Oh and we get more rent on two 1/2 plots rather than one full one.My phone has more Processing power than the Computers NASA used to fake the Moon LandingsComment
