Finally I did it. I manage to make 12 beds 8x4. Considered that one is my green house I have 11 left. So as you can see I use 8 of them as my first choice because the other3 mark as 3yrs rotation are the bed where get some shade and not 100% full sun. So I planned in a way legume (with under crop squash) ->brassica-> root-> tomato (or potatoes). I want some idea what to plant under tomato and between onion without messing the crop rotation (I mean veg that are not included in the main veg family). In the 3 yrs bed I will rotate one bed for sweet corn/ courgette (I love them and some of you know it) and I don't know what else can plant in the other 2. I meant to use one for my little daughter to mess around with flower and some others stuff for her to enjoy when she come with me. The other one I could plant more potato so I can have the main crop for the 4yr rotation and early potato in the 3 yrs rotation. The more I think the more I get confused lol. Thanks for your help

Thanks a lot. I don't have a good success with peppers. I never had one in the last 3 yrs. I have some though in propagator only because I don't give up yet. I have a lot of perpetual spinach and I was wondering to put them under the tomato with some basil plant as well.

Yes leafy vegetables spinach, lettuce, rocket, basil all like shade, but some plants want full sun eg sweetcorn so would be better in a 100% sun spot. If blight gets your potatoes,it can spread to the tomatoes in the next bed, first or second earlies are good because they can be lifted before blight strikes. There are some blight resistant varieties too. I think your plan looks good!Location : Essex
