  • Plot 72 fledgling

I hope you don't mind me sharing my excitement, but after years of wanting we finally signed up for a plot

As you can see from the photo, it has fertile soil and a lot of potential
If you look carefully you can see my OH...

Had a great weekend with the brush hook and found 2 paths and a compost bin. Can't wait to see what next weekend will bring!

Hi Chestnut and welcome to the vine.

Great time for getting a plot as you have time to tame ready for next season. How tall is your OH by the way?

P.S any fruit on the blackberries - are they worth keeping?

Tell you what, when you've hacked your way through the undergrowth, show us another photo from the same spot and we'll see if we can see him then

            Of course I will, Veggiechicken

I'm afraid the brambles in the photo arent up to much, Jay-ell, but the one behind the camera is really prolific - we had such a huge crumble it took us four days to finish it!

Hi and welcome to the vine

Do you like your OH or were you purposely trying to lose him to your new jungle
I am sure you'll love it, just don't over do it - it is meant to be fun-ish. If you get stuck just ask away

                Welcome to the madhouse

Got to say the photos are small and I can't see anyone unless he is really skinny and standing behind the post in the zoomed in photo. His name would not be Wally would it and was he wearing a red and black stripped jumper?

So you've already had your first crop.

Have a good prod around before bush cutting as you might find other stuff you don't want to hack down such as rhubarb, gooseberries, OH

You could have made this a competition - Spot the OH, everyone pins a plant label where they think your OH is.
