Nice one, bet you are chomping at the bit, I know I was when I got both my plots but this last one was the real challenge.
The key is not to try to do too much at once, there will be times when you seem to be doing loads of hard slog and it seems never ending. I know a few times with the second 'jungle' I did wonder why the hell I had agreed to take it on as I seemed to be getting nowhere.
I now have earned alot of respect from the seasoned guys there one who has had his plot since 1947, he now comes over when I'm there to see what else I'm doing and gives me plenty of advice with what he would do, most of which I follow.
Try to talk to the ones that have had plots a long time, they really are a fountain of knowledge and will give good advice on what grows well there and what doesn't.
