Definitely raised beds, as recommend previously, build your soil up using the good soil from what will be your paths, and that way you are lowering the the ground around your growing area which will help drainage, I would also recommend if you can afford it gravel for your paths to keep you feet dry

it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
