The apple might be Bramley - if you post another photo of a picked fruit when its ripe (probably October ) - it should be possible to be sure if it is or not.
Agreed VC, to ID the apple you'd likely need a photo of a fully open flower and the date it's open, a picture of a fully ripe apple whole and then cut in half. Can you tell I'm currently trying to get a definitive ID on an apple tree?
1 - No idea, can you take another picture on a dull day so it's not so contrasty?
2 - I think beech
3 - Definitely hypericum
4 - Agree it looks like a Bramley
The second one is definitely a hazel/filbert. I’m not convinced the Apple is a Bramley, my Bramleys are a more flattened shape and at this time of year totally green.
1) Silver Birch (but hard to tell)
2)Hazel (It looks similar to the hazel bush I have)
3) Ooo that looks familiar, I wonder why.
4) A cooker, possibly bramley or something similar.
I agree that close ups would be very helpful, along with fruiting/flowering info for the apple.
