Hi , we tried without success at Billing Lane last year, there is loads of spare unworked land there but dont know what the situation is now.

cheers spud,looks like its all waiting list in the town now,only eastern ave avail......too far for me!!

i was told by the guy at the council today that Billing road is the longest waiting list in the town. Its the closest to me, have put my name down anyway but as you said, there is quite a few unused plots there.

Nearby there is also Weston Favell and Birchfield Road East, both privately run.

Blutone , I am setting a new allotment field up at Grange Park near to wooton . Taking on names and numbers to add to the list . 100 + plots, 2 play areas should hopfully start allocating this autumn.
