Hello - I'm new to this website. I have just been allocated a half plot in the Irvine Rd allotments. I really want to have one but am very short of time to allocate to it. Also I don't have much experience, especially not successful experience, with food growing. (I did find out a little about Permaculture some time ago and would welcome that approach.) I'd love to have a buddy who is able to guide and work on the plot, and would be welcome to the lion's share of the proceeds. At present the plot is overgrown and in need (I guess) of totally strimming and covering over for the winter. I don't know what else should be done.
