You'll be taking on staff before long! Then your troubles will start!

Congratulations anyway and I look forward to seeing piccies!

Good grief Rat! Is there enough hours in the day??!

Well done mate, all these people must be impressed by what they see you doing, or you wouldn't be getting the offers. Give yourself a mighty pat on the back

Brilliant news! And a super reflection on your gardening abilities (In the unlikely event Mrs SR ever loses it and runs away with the gypsies, do be sure to let me know, won't you! ).
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

Well done, Rat! I'm very, very jealous

I've yet to go further north than Cullen, but I love the east coast of Scotland (Mr E is from East Lothian). Maybe one day...

            Well folks,
Went to see my new walled garden - needs a lot of clearing and sorting out - but I can get a tractor into this one which will help.
It cosists of a paddock which measures approx 60m x 40m, which has not been cultivated for 10 years but has been sprayed off ready to turn over. There is quite a lot of rubbish - old fenceposts / netting etc needs to be cleared first.
Then there is the actual veg patch as has been fore the last ten years or so - this is 12m x 18m.
Then there are 10 apple trees, 10 currant bushes, 5 espaliered currant bushes, 4 gooseberry bushes and 4 rows of rasps, each approx 18m long.
In addition, a huge pile of FYM, 10 tonnes of bark chips and a store/shed containing god knows what.
            Piccies in my albums.

...sorry bit late - but just saw those pics and that is a beautiful walled garden! Can't to wait to see when it's in full glory!

Love the path - and although well kept - still a blank canvas for you to grow what you want! (Wouldn't know where to start meself!)

Good Luck with the new venture - may it reward you with much happiness, success and joy!

I'm hoping to get a full day planting on Wednesday this week - cabbage, cauliflower, florence fennel, globe artichokes, celeriac, celery, calabrese, runner beans and french beans all ready to go out.
Have already got tatties, jerusalem artichokes, peas, broad beans, beetroot and onions in.
Will take some updated photos soon.
