Does anyone know what allotments orchard gardener is talking about?

I think its the ones on South Norwood Country Park at Elmers End.

There seems to be two allotments down there. Beck Lane and Elmers End.

I can't find contact details for either. It's like trying to get into the masons this allotment malarkey.
