land available in Chester

I have about 0.5 acre of flat land that used to be a paddock with a water supply.
My back will not let me do any heavy work but I'd like to see it full of veg plots.
Any ideas are welcome.

ps. I don't want any money for either the land or the water. We arrange to share the cost of the set-up, I do some work, we share the goodies.

pps. another two acres may be available when this is up and running properly.

I have two areas in Saughall in Chester.
One is half an acre with water, the other is two acres.
A local farmer is going to cut the weeds down this weekend so that I can plan ahaead for the winter.
