Sadly, I don't have the time to investigate this but as I was driving between Carnon Downs and Arch Hill, Truro I noticed a large board by the roadside giving a telephone contact number for allotments.
I'm really sorry but the traffic was moving steadily so I didn't manage to make a note of the number but if there are any grapes in this area it might be worth looking into it.
