I have just been told that I will have to wait over a year for a plot in the swansea area, on doing some research I discovered that other people have clubed together to purchase acre plots and split it into 16 250sqm plots. On looking at land around the swansea area I have been able to find 1.83 acres in the clydach area for 8k, this means that roughly could split the land for around £350 by the time we have added the legal fees for 29 plots, there would be no rent to pay as we would hold the free hold. The only issue to the site would be water, but does anyone have any idea's about this??? is anyone interested??
