Is there demand for allotments in Dublin, Ireland.

Any word on anybody setting up the allotments in Wexford/Enniscorthy. My cousin is looking for a patch to grow her own after getting the sustainability bug.

I've been keeping my eye on Allotments Ireland - Irish blog for allotments & community gardens, vegetable & fruit growing, smallholdings & small farms. which usually has all the new allotments listed, but I see none for Wexford.
Probably all grown over with strawberries
