Im very curious in maybe looking into making a small investment in my own private allotments. How would one go buy finding a piece of land for sale and purchasing this and turning this into my own private allotments for my own use and maybe family/friends?
TBH 1 Full Plot would be amazing for time being but in time i wouldlike 3-4 Full Plots so i have plenty fo room to rear my Honey Bees which im looking to get into and so forth.
Ideally i would like it to be local as transport can be a nightmare at times.
Questions:
1) Has anyone here ever done this and how did you manage to find land and turn it into your own crazy investment?
2) How much would one be looking to pay for a Full Plot in land, i read a Full Plot is roughly a 1/16th of a Acre?
3) Where would i go by looking for land of this size?
4) Since its private land would there still be annual costs of some kind and if so what you wreckon they would amount to?
Any other input would be amazing i know i would need water, but if none is on site and its to expensive to get water linked up i may hold a hug container down there and fill it slowely :P also this way i can stuff the huge storage container full of seaweed to get a rather powerful plant steroid hehe (Legal steroid
