FionaH I feel no shame, I have nothing to be ashamed off. I merly ask the question and discover that people on these sites where aware of something the general public wasn't and it is the fact that this wasn't pushed more in the public arena by the people that knew that is the real shame.

Agreed sorry seems like this got out of hand and on my first day too lol. are we all going to relax now and be good as I quite like it here and only want some advice on growing and to support others and lets face it I won't be the last person to start off on the wrong foot will I?

What games? I was happily playing scrabble when you came on here telling the good members of the Vine that they should be ashamed of themselves. Perhaps you should apologise to them for a start?

I couldn't give a monkey's in all honestly - I've been here long enough to see 'controversial' people come, insult all and sundry and go away/be thrown out....it sounds like you are happy to come in all saddles blazing but when questioned you again blame someone else...the reason you didn't know about the issue with the government and allotments is because you didn't know - it's not anyone else's fault. It's been on many websites, forums, webpages and it's been on here at least 3 times. If you are that concerned then I'd suggest that you do your own research and make your own decisions about what you are going to do about it. And leave other people to make their minds up and do their own thing. It's up to YOU to keep yourself informed about matters that YOU feel are important.

But, when all's said and done, we're a gardening forum, not a political debate forum, so we'll just try and help you grow some stuff, and keep the ranting to a minimum...?!

Iv'e not been called dear for many years at 46 it made me smile. As for Zaz I like this adored person and i'm sure we will get along just fine. I'm always happy to accept pm's so people just feel free to tell me of topic if I am out of line with something the last thing I want to do is upset people that's not what I'm about. I got off on the wrong foot and could have worded thing better. I've apologised enough I feel so feel free to lock this topic so it is not perpetuated as it moved away from the original theme and lets all start again.
