Plots near Stratford-upon-Avon

This is bad luck for you!
Have just managed to get myself a bit of allotment space (local council braking up big allotments into 1m x 7m strips to make them more available to newbies) and now I'm thinking of moving.
Have just got myself a new job in Stratford that'll be starting in September and thought it makes sense to move there to avoid having to sit in traffic.
Does anyone know about allotments in the Stratford area? I've had a look on the council website and they aren't mentioned. I'll keep my plot in leamington (about 30mins drive away) for a bit as I have winter crops going into it but would ideally move to a plot in Stratford.
Anyone know of anywhere where I can get myself onto a list?

Hi Rosy.

Apparently according to their website stratford District council don't have any lotties but you have to apply to th elocal borough or parish council instead - I thought they had to under the allotments act but I could be wrong.

SO this page may be usesfull as you'll need to know where you are going to live really
