Still on the soul destrying mission in finding a piece of land or an allotment!!!
i have tried and tried...
Local parish council, dont supply allotments
next parish, on waiting list but was number 6, now number 22!!
opposite parish, have allotments going, but will not rent to outside the parish in any circumstances!
theres 2 private sites within 10 miles, cannot find details at all not even off the people who work the sites.
borough council wont give me any more info than im between 2-5 years on the list
ive even tried by going round the farmers for a small field, as my brother keeps hens and may be asked to leave soon, the owner thinking of selling, to look at renting a small patch for a small holding type thing.

does anyone have any other ideas, you wouldnt believe i live in RURAL cumbria, and am surrounded by empty fields!!!!! If anyone has any other ideas, or you Cumbrians on here know of something available, give me a shout please?
