Allotments near Gelligroes Mill, South Wales

Hi I was walking near to Gelligroes Mill yesterday and saw a sign saying that there are allotments to rent. Would assume that they are privately owned but not certain of that.

If anyone is interested, to get to the sign showing the contact telephone number (sorry didn't think at the time to write it down) is by going over Gelligroes bridge (Mill house on left). The sign is just on the right hand side once you get over the bridge.

There wasn't any other information, just the phone number.
