Plot available in Netherley, Stonehaven

I have a large allotment with greenhouse in Netherley, Stonehaven and I have no idea about gardening. I would like to offer this to someone local to look after in exchange for a share of the spoils.

Is this your own land or a council allotment? If it's council they will probably have rules about subletting.
